Travel Claim

In case of any medical emergency the insured should:
Immediately, call the emergency number listed on the policy cover and inform the assisting company of his/her name, policy number, and the nature of his injury/illness, and the name of the hospital and its phone/fax number.
The assisting company will take charge and contact the medical facility to inform them of the coverage provided for the insured, so therefore the client will be treated and discharged without any expenses.

Life Insurance Claim

In case of a life insurance claim the Beneficiary should:
Inform his/her agent immediately.
Provide all necessary documents related to this claim.
Once received, the company will start investigating and process the claim.
Upon completion, the company will inform the client of his/her claim status followed by claim payment.
